Adding US To Your Safe Senders List

Please see instructions for some common email clients:

  1. Microsoft Outlook (Desktop Version):

    • Open Outlook.
    • Go to the "Home" tab.
    • Click on the "Junk" dropdown arrow in the "Delete" group.
    • Select "Junk E-mail Options."
    • In the "Junk E-mail Options" window, navigate to the "Safe Senders" tab.
    • Click the "Add" button.
    • Enter the email address or domain you want to add to the safe senders list.
    • Click "OK" to save your changes.
  2. Microsoft Outlook (Outlook.com/Outlook Web App):

    • Log in to your Outlook account.
    • Click the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.
    • Select "View all Outlook settings."
    • Go to the "Junk email" section.
    • Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add."
    • Enter the email address or domain you want to add.
    • Click "Add" and then "Save" to apply the changes.
  3. Gmail:

    • Open Gmail.
    • Open an email from the sender you want to add to your safe senders list.
    • Click on the three-dot menu icon (More options) in the top-right corner of the email.
    • Hover over "Filter messages like this" or "Filter messages from this sender."
    • In the pop-up window, ensure the correct sender's email address is filled in.
    • Click "Create filter."
    • Check the box "Never send it to Spam."
    • Click "Create filter."
  4. Apple Mail:

    • Open Apple Mail.
    • Select an email from the sender you want to add.
    • From the menu bar, click "Message."
    • Hover over "Move to," then select "Add Sender to Contacts."
    • The sender's email address will be added to your contacts, and future emails from this sender should not go to the junk folder.
  5. Other Email Clients/Services:

    • The process may differ depending on the email client or service you're using. Generally, look for options related to "Safe Senders," "Whitelist," or "Filters" in your email settings. Add the email address or domain to these lists to ensure emails from that sender are not marked as spam.
