Habits for Health has a unique approach, and is based on scientifically proven, insightful learning sessions and 1% progress experiments, you'll be motivated to take action and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This approach enables you to cultivate lasting change by implementing small, manageable adjustments to your lifestyle. A key part of this approach is fostering a positive mindset, as cultivating the right mental attitude is essential for driving personal growth and ensuring that these small steps lead to long-term success.
Frequently Asked Questions
It’s an easy to follow wellbeing programme designed to integrate positive wellbeing habits into your everyday life and propel you towards your optimal wellbeing goals. You are guided through the programme via My Wellbeing People Account, our online learning platform. Starting with an expectations video, you’ll then have the option to complete the twelve weekly sessions or choose a topic that resonates with you. Each module consists of learning videos with built in coaching support as well as, 1% habit change tasks (progress experiments), downloadable resources and recipes.
Habits for Health can either be completed in 12 weeks if you follow the full programme, or you can choose your own modules and go at a pace and time that suits you. Each video is around 25 minutes long.
No, drastic changes aren't necessary! The programme focuses on gradual improvements that lead to lasting change. You'll learn to identify and reflect on factors that disrupt your focus and explore ways to minimise their impact. It's all about progress not perfection.
The Habits for Health Programme costs £75 and provides you with access to the programme for 12 months. This one-time fee gives you a full year of guidance, resources and support. You can also hop back into any of the modules at any time throughout your 12 months access!
