Whether you prefer a self-paced approach or a more structured plan, our Habits for Health programme offers two routes to help you build healthy habits no matter where your starting point is. 12 week programme

If you're not sure where to start then we would recommend this route to complete the Habits for Health programme.

 The 12 modules are intrinsically linked, following a weekly sequence that allows you to reflect and reshape your thinking around the four pillars of wellbeing: nutrition, movement, mindset and lifestyle habits.

Each short and informative video contains inspiring content based on research and findings. A Wellbeing Coach provides an introduction to each module with
timed interventions throughout the videos, interjecting with further knowledge and support. Newly learned habits are then embedded through weekly habit change tasks, called experiments.

Each week you will receive a recap email to help you progress, learn and complete Habits for Health, with downloadable and online resources, as well as referral links and newsletters to bring you more insightful and helpful lifestyle, health and wellbeing tips.

This route enables people who may be short on time or simply wish to tackle specific issues head on, such as poor sleep, stress, lack of energy and lack of time management.

By being able to choose your own topic, you can delve into any of the 12 modules around mindset, nutrition, movement and lifestyle at a pace and time that suits you. Enabling you to focus on the things in your life that you may be struggling with.

After each module you complete, you will receive a recap email to help you progress, learn and benefit from what you have learnt, as well as downloadable and online resources, referral links and newsletters to bring you more great tips.

And if at any time you wish to do the 12-week programme, then you can do so - the option is flexible throughout the 12 months access to the learning platform.
