meet our guest speaker Dr Caitlin Chasser

Dr. Caitlin Chasser is a GP, Senior Sleep Consultant, and co-founder of The Sleep Project. A specialist in women’s health, hormonal medicine, CBT-I and holistic sleep health, she translates complex science into actionable strategies that enhance performance and wellbeing.

With 20+ years of clinical - and personal – experience, Dr. Chasser has researched, designed and delivered evidence-based sleep programs for individuals and Global organisations, tackling insomnia and optimising workplace health. As an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, she educates future leaders on the critical role of sleep in productivity and innovation.

Dr. Chasser is dedicated to addressing the global sleep crisis, integrating sleep into wellbeing strategies to drive success and offering tailored support to help shape healthier, happier and more productive workplaces.
