Susie is qualified in multiple disciplines including Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy, Trauma Informed Coaching and Transformational Breath®. She is passionate about the intricate connection between the gut, the brain and the subconscious and works with clients empowering them in achieving optimal mental and physical health. Her approach focuses on nourishing the body and mind through diet, lifestyle and breathwork.

Digestive symptoms may often be linked to lifestyle factors such as stress or anxiety. By looking at the whole person and combining nutrition, breathwork and a collaborative approach, she supports clients in improving digestive health for improved energy, vitality and focus.

Susie is also an accredited reflux practitioner, working with clients to support them in managing and reducing reflux or other digestive symptoms. Where relevant she can provide support to reduce or remove the use of medication. Transformational Breath® is a safe, powerful self-healing tool which can be used to support physical, mental/emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It can support increased energy and ability to deal with stress as well as a greater sense of clarity and calm.
