  • Simple strategies to improve posture and reduce the impact of desk-based working.
  • Easy movement habits you can incorporate into your day to support long-term musculoskeletal health and wellbeing.
  • Gentle stretches and mobility exercises to help relieve muscle tightness, stiffness, and tension.
