Our onboarding webinar and online digital platform are built to engage and inspire your employees to take ownership of their wellbeing, and make the changes required to lead the life they desire.  An actionable insight report highlights the programme’s positive impact on employee wellbeing, enabling data-driven decisions for future initiatives.

1 - onboarding webinar

The complimentary live monthly habits webinar engages employees and helps them to uncover practical strategies for breaking free from daily struggles.

  • Employees will discover how to lead a healthier lifestyle through simple habit upgrades.
  • Webinar recordings are available for employees unable to attend live session.
  • Delivered each month over 12 months for maximum uptake of theHabits for Health Programme.
2 - CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND GET STARTED

Employees have full access to our digital learning platform, 'My Wellbeing People Account'. Links to create an account will be embedded in your e-invites and ongoing marketing support

  • My Wellbeing People Account is personal to each user.
  • Provides 12 months access to the Habits for Health Programme. 
  • Can be accessed remotely from any digital device.
  • Includes useful resources and provides ongoing support.
  • Their account enables progress, health metrics and habit upgrade tasks to be monitored. 
3 -  12 MANAGEABLE MODULES

With two flexible learning pathways for the 12 online modules, employees can choose a structured 12 week programme, or a flexible Choose Your Topic approach.

  • Modules are based around nutrition, lifestyle, mindset and movement.
  • Each short and informative video contains inspiring content based on research and findings.
  • A Wellbeing Coach provides an introduction to each module with timed interventions throughout the videos, interjecting with further knowledge and support.
4 - SELF-REFLECTION AND REINFORCEMENT

The digital learning platform ensures that habits are not just sparked, but nurtured to stick. Habits for Health doesn't just promise a temporary boost - it offers a permanent upgrade to your team's lifestyle and work ethos.

  • Newly learned habits are embedded through weekly habit change tasks, called 1% progress experiments.
  • Each module is followed up with a session reflection and recap questionnaire. This is intended to reinforce and implement the understanding of new habits.
  • Recap emails and nudges are sent after the modules are completed to encourage individuals to complete the course or next module. The emails include resources and links to support them with their progress.
5 - ONGOING MARKETING SUPPORT with ANONYMOUS REPORTING

Together, we can make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of your employees.

  • Ongoing marketing support with regular comms, e-invites, posters and graphics to engage and inspire employees in Habits for Health.
