How habits for health works
TOGETHER we can make people feel better everyday
Habits for Health is a flexible employee wellbeing programme that is aimed at getting to the root of why people feel the way they do and turning their life around to achieve feeling great.
Our onboarding webinar and online digital platform are built to engage and inspire your employees to take ownership of their wellbeing, and make the changes required to lead the life they desire. An actionable insight report highlights the programme’s positive impact on employee wellbeing, enabling data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
"I often say to my teenagers “It’s a shame we humans don’t come with an instruction manual” so we can check we’re looking after ourselves properly with everything our bodies need for good health and wellbeing. The Habits for Health course has given me this and more."
