What is Habits for Health?

It’s an easy to follow employee wellbeing programme designed to integrate positive wellbeing habits into your teams everyday life and propel them towards their optimal wellbeing goals. Employees are guided through the programme via My Wellbeing People Account, our online learning platform. Starting with an expectations video, they will then have the option to complete the twelve weekly sessions, or choose a topic that resonates with them and go at a pace that suits their lifestyle. Each module consists of learning videos with built in coaching support as well as, 1% habit change tasks (progress experiments), downloadable resources and recipes.

What is the free monthly webinar that you offer as part of Habits for Health?

The complimentary onboarding webinars are delivered monthly to help people uncover practical strategies for breaking free from daily struggles and discover how to lead a healthier lifestyle through simple habit upgrades.

Delivered by an expert Wellbeing Coach, the live webinar inspires people to engage with the Habits for Health programme by paving the way for long-term success.

How does the digital learning platform work?

Employees are guided through the Habits for Health programme via My Wellbeing People Account, our digital learning platform.

  • Session expectations and insights: Each short and informative video contains inspiring content based on research and findings. A Wellbeing Coach provides an introduction to each module with timed interventions throughout the videos, interjecting with further knowledge and support. Newly learned habits are then embedded through weekly habit change tasks, called experiments.
  • Session reflection and reinforcement: Each module is followed up with a session reflection and recap questionnaire.
    This is intended to reinforce and implement the understanding of new habits.
  • Recap emails to further support and engage: By prioritising nutrient-dense foods, you may feel more satisfied and less likely to overeat, which can contribute to weight management.
  • Completion of the programme: At the end of the programme, a completion questionnaire enables individuals to see how far they have come from the start of the programme, providing a positive impact and motivation to continue leading a healthy lifestyle.

Why is the choose your topic option beneficial?

We understand that wellbeing is personal and subjective to each and every employee and not everyone wishes to learn in the same way, or has the time to do so. We’ve developed the Choose Your Topic feature within Habits for Health as we
understand that some people are unable to invest time in a 12-week programme.


This flexible option means employees can delve into any of the 12 modules around mindset, nutrition, movement and lifestyle at a pace and time that suits them. It enables people to focus on the areas of health and wellbeing that they may be struggling with – such as poor sleep, stress, lack of energy and lack of time management.
