What is habits for health?
Habits for Health is an online wellbeing programme that combines scientific research with practical experience and behavioural change science to help your team make positive and permanent changes to the way they feel, live and work.
Combining the four essential pillars of wellbeing: mindset, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle, Habits for Health is divided into 12 manageable modules to enable employees to go at their own pace, on their own terms and in a way that fits into their lifestyles.
