The core Health MOT includes blood pressure, weight,
heart rate, BMI, body fat content and Wellbeing Age®.

Wellbeing Age® is calculated by cross-referencing smoking, blood pressure, heart rate, BMI and sleep data. Our unique algorithm is centered around
chronic inflammation and longevity research. If any of the readings are outside the ideal ranges, our algorithm will calculate the increased inflammatory risk to longevity and subsequently add years to the Wellbeing Age® (biological age).

Our life balance questionnaire, called Boomerang,  covers ten areas of lifestyle wellbeing: Body, Sleep, Exercise, Relaxation, Work-Life, Home-Life, Stress, Diet, Alcohol and Smoking.

Once completed, the results are displayed in a clear, easy-to-read spider diagram. This visual guide helps employees to quickly understand the balance between work and home life, highlighting areas that may need attention. These insights enable them to make targeted, positive changes to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and create a happier, healthier life balance.

MyMood helps individuals to understand how they are feeling and why they might feel that way. It’s designed to refer individuals to an Employee Engagement Programme, or similar, for additional support.

This calculates whether an individual should be drinking additional fluid in order to be adequately hydrated by asking a series of questions.

Staying hydrated is crucial for optimal bodily functions, boosting employee productivity and motivation, and contributes to overall health and wellbeing.

The Interactive Health Kiosks capture feedback from individuals to rate their experience and provide
an overall NPS score.

Evaluating employee satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms, such as NPS scores, provides valuable insights to identify areas for improvement, boost employee morale, and foster a positive work environment.

Individuals can request lifestyle support and guidance through sending a support request via the Health Kiosk. The support services can be provided by either Wellbeing People, your own in-house support team, or your health services providers.

Our Interactive Health Kiosks can be set to indicate whether an individual is eligible for an NHS Health Check, and with consent from the individual refer their contacts details directly to their local NHS Health Check provider, subject to agreement with provider.
