What is the recalibrate wellbeing® ambassador training?

UNLOCKing leadership potential

Wellbeing Ambassador Training is a one-day course for employees, existing Health Champions or Mental Health First Aiders who have successfully graduated from the Recalibrate Wellbeing® Programme with virtual coaching.

Training can be delivered virtually or at your location as an individual session or in groups of up to 9 employees.

Wellbeing Ambassadors will:

  • Create customised action plans with clear signposting and referral pathways
  • Drive a wellbeing culture from within the organisation which is aligned to the company’s long-term goals.
  • Continue improving their communication and emotional intelligence, specifically listening, questioning, management, and motivation.
  • Effectively facilitate cross-departmental engagement and inclusion.
