Restoring Health is a wellness business based in Maidstone that has long-specialised in soft tissue therapy, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, and bespoke exercise programmes to improve musculoskeletal alignment and pain management.
Deborah has taken the initiative to make corporate and private wellbeing a central part of her business and we couldn't be more proud of her achievements. After certification as a Habits for Health Coach in September 2022, Deborah decided to take her own internal team through the programme. This provided the perfect opportunity for them to experience the 12 week Habits for Health programme and gain an insight into the benefits it could offer them. It was a huge success and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Following the success of her internal programme, Deborah approached local SME’s to offer her new service and quickly enrolled Five Acre Wood School. She is now delivering the Habits for Health programme to a number of the teaching faculty over a 12-week face to face coaching programme!
